As your District 5 School Board Member, I have always believed that the foundation of a strong school district is getting Back to the Basics—fiscal responsibility, safe schools, high academic standards, and true support for our students, teachers, and families.

My life has been shaped by service and hard work. As an Eagle Scout, I learned integrity, leadership, and commitment to community. Those values guided me through 30 years in transportation and logistics, where problem-solving,

budgeting, and accountability were part of my daily work. They continue to guide every decision I make on the School Board.

I’ve been proud to serve our community on the Ochopee Fire Board and the Everglades City Compliance Board, where I’ve seen firsthand how responsible governance directly impacts families. My wife Debbie and I have raised our children and grandchildren to value education, service, and dedication—principles that drive my commitment to CCPS.

Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself not just to policy, but to showing up for our students. Whether it’s a sporting event, performance, or school activity, being present matters. It reminds me why this work is so important: every decision we make affects real children with real futures.

As I work toward re-election in 2026, my vision remains clear. I will continue fighting for a balanced budget, strong academic outcomes, greater parental involvement, and a safe, supportive environment for every child. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together, but there is more to do. With your support, we can keep Collier County Public Schools moving forward—by returning to the values that make our community strong and keeping our focus where it belongs: on our kids.
